Return Process

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
